Every fee below is what we actually charge, taken from our own treatment plans. Nothing is hidden until you are in the chair. Read the numbers, work out what the payments look like, and then decide whether an assessment is worth your time.
Our fees
Each fee is a whole course of treatment: the appliance, every scheduled visit until it comes off, and your retainers at the end. Which treatment suits you is a clinical decision made at your assessment, not by this page, and your own fee is confirmed in writing before anything begins.
Teenagers and adults
Self-ligating fixed braces for crowding and alignment, in metal or Damon Clear at the same fee. Every visit, repairs, imaging, retainers and a year of retainer reviews are included. $8,000 for most cases; complex treatment is $10,000, with a $3,000 deposit over 24 months.
Deposit $2,500, then $300.61 a month over 18 months on the $8,000 fee
Teenagers and adults
Clear removable aligners, priced the same as braces for the same complexity and planned with your CBCT merged into the scan, so roots and bone are in view. Includes planned refinements, so a mid-course correction does not become a new fee. Complex cases are $10,000, with a $3,000 deposit over 24 months.
Deposit $2,500, then $300.61 a month over 18 months on the $8,000 fee
Adults with a small correction
A shorter course of aligners for minor crowding or spacing where the bite is already sound. Not every case qualifies; that is a clinical call at the assessment.
Deposit $2,000, then $161.72 a month over 18 months
Teenagers and adults
A Carriere Motion appliance corrects how the bite meets first, in a few months, then braces or Invisalign finish the teeth. The same fee either way, and it often shortens the second stage.
Deposit $2,500, then $261.25 a month over 24 months
Teenagers and adults
Widening the upper jaw without surgery, in teenagers and in adults whose growth has finished. The appliance is designed individually from your own cone beam CT scan combined with an iTero scan, and printed in metal to that design. Between late October 2025 and September 2026, 43 patients were fitted with a custom MARPE here. All 43 achieved the planned skeletal separation without surgery, confirmed on CBCT; the oldest was 56. Your own scan is assessed before it is recommended. Braces or Invisalign follow once expansion is complete, and both are covered by the one fee.
Deposit $8,000 in two parts, then $485.38 a month over 24 months
Children, roughly 7 to 11
Phase one guides the jaws while there is still growth to work with, using an expander, partial braces or Invisalign First; phase two straightens the teeth once the adult teeth are through, with braces or Invisalign. Quoted as one course of treatment, not two.
Deposit $3,000, then $247.03 a month over 30 months
Children and young teenagers
The two-phase approach for more complex growth problems. Includes a MARA appliance where the lower jaw sits behind, which encourages it forward during growth with no elastics to remember.
Deposit $4,000, then $263.70 a month over 30 months
Children only
A single expander to widen a narrow upper jaw while a child is still growing, where no further alignment is planned at this stage. For children only; once growth has finished, widening the upper jaw means MARPE.
Deposit $2,000, then $200.92 a month over 12 months
Children only
Expanders on both jaws, for a growing child whose upper and lower arches both need widening. For children only.
Deposit $2,500, then $284.25 a month over 12 months
Children
An expander, then braces on some of the teeth, for an early correction while the adult teeth are still coming through.
Deposit $2,500, then $450.92 a month over 12 months
Adults
Invisalign before and after jaw surgery, planned jointly with your maxillofacial surgeon. This is the orthodontic fee only; the surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital bill you separately.
Deposit $4,500, then $308.79 a month over 24 months
Adults
Custom MARPE to widen the upper jaw, then Invisalign, planned around jaw surgery with your maxillofacial surgeon. This is the orthodontic fee only; the surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital bill you separately.
Deposit $8,000 in two parts, then $496.29 a month over 24 months
Adults
A custom oral appliance for snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea, fitted and reviewed here over six months.
Deposit $2,000, then $193.50 a month over 6 months
Adults
A custom splint for clenching, grinding or jaw joint (TMJ) symptoms, fitted and reviewed here over six months.
Deposit $700, then $285.17 a month over 6 months
Work it out
Choose a treatment and move the sliders. The instalment is simply the balance after your deposit, divided across the term. There is no interest and no credit check.
Before you ask
Because it is two treatments and a custom-made appliance, not one. The expansion phase needs your own cone beam CT scan, an individually designed appliance printed in metal, the mini-screws and their placement, and the visits to activate it. Braces or aligners then follow to finish the teeth. The fee covers the whole thing from start to retainers.
No. We price them the same for the same complexity. Which one suits you depends on the movements your teeth need and how you want to wear it, not on cost.
The deposit. For braces or Invisalign that is $2,500, or $3,000 for complex treatment. For MARPE it is $8,000, split into $4,000 when the appliance is ordered and $4,000 when it is fitted. Everything after that is the instalment plan.
Yes, five per cent off the treatment fee.
Neither. DentiCare runs the direct debit with no interest and no credit check. They charge a one-off $59 set-up fee and $2.20 a month.
Most orthodontic extras cover pays a set amount per year or a lifetime limit toward orthodontics. It comes off what you pay, it is not added to our fee. Check your own limit with your fund before you start, because the annual reset can be worth timing around.
The treatment fee is the same. Most interstate patients attend four to five appointments here over twelve to eighteen months, with reviews in between handled remotely and coordination with your own dentist at home. Travel and accommodation are yours.
We can tell you the range for the treatment you are asking about, which is what is on this page. We cannot tell you your fee until Dr Karadeniz has seen your scans, because the fee follows what the treatment actually needs.
The fee is for the course of treatment, not per visit. If it runs longer than expected, that is covered. Refinement aligners are included. What is not included is replacing appliances lost or broken outside normal wear.
Three months. If it lapses, ring us. We would rather re-issue it at the same price than have you come back for another assessment.
The $89 assessment covers your consultation with Dr Carmen Karadeniz, Specialist Orthodontist, your diagnostic records including a cone beam CT scan where it is clinically indicated, and a written summary of the findings and the options open to you, including the option of no treatment. If you go ahead, the $89 comes off your treatment fee.
Fees shown are our standard fees for each course of treatment and are indicative only. Individual treatment needs vary, and the fee that applies to you depends on the clinical assessment. You will have your own fee in writing, with what it includes, before you commit to anything.
Payment plans are administered by DentiCare, our third-party payment partner. DentiCare charges a one-off $59 set-up fee and a $2.20 monthly account fee, debited alongside your instalment. There is no interest and no credit check. Deposits and payments in full are made by EFTPOS at the practice or by bank transfer. Quotes are valid for three months.
Where treatment involves jaw surgery, the surgeon, anaesthetist and hospital bill you separately and those costs are not included in our fee. Private health insurance, where you hold it, is claimed against these fees rather than added to them.
